About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join our Global Network Team in ** Le Trait, France **. In this role, you will support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across global sites, with a primary focus on the EMEA region. You will collaborate with international teams to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing network services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain global network infrastructure and services.
- Design and implement network solutions for regional sites.
- Manage network upgrades, patching, and change activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and performance issues.
- Maintain network documentation, reports, and technical guides.
- Support SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, wireless, and VOIP environments.
- Manage Riverbed WAN optimization appliances.
- Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to team members.
- Participate in an on-call support rotation.
- Collaborate with global teams on network projects and improvements.

Requirements
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of enterprise network support experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale heterogeneous network environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL or structured IT service management practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
Nice to Have
- Cisco CCNA (or higher certification).
- Experience with energy sector environments.
- Strong focus on network security, standardization, and optimization.
- Experience with ITIL-aligned service management processes.
