Network Engineer - Juniper High End Resource
One of our direct clients is looking for a Network Engineering professional to work with them and their customer program teams in a collaborative manner to plan and execute assigned work stream tasks as they related to the overall client program. This role will cover 3 customer locations in Phoenix, AZ, Little Rock, AR and Brown Deere, WI.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As the Juniper Subject Matter Expert (SME) you will be working with Juniper M, MX, and SRX series hardware to perform the following tasks to support Client’s customer WAN and data center expansion efforts during the initial 6 months of the program. These tasks include, but not limited to:
• Onsite Hardware upgrades
• Onsite Software upgrades
• Onsite & remote building and applying configurations as prescribed by Client’s customer
Writing and updating documentation for:
• Hardware upgrade procedures
• Software upgrade procedures
• “As-Built” documentation
• Cabling
• IP Addressing
• Routing
• Test Plans for failover analysis
• Test plan execution, analysis, and documentation
After the data center expansion portion of the Client program has been completed, you will transition to a support role as part of larger Client team during application and customer 3rd party circuit migration efforts. You will act as the first line of defense for a broader Client team that is performing the application and 3rd Party circuit migrations to help troubleshoot and resolve complex routing, switching, and firewall issues that may arise during these migration efforts.
Technologies you will work with are, but not limited to:
• MPLS, L3 VPN’s, VRF, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, Firewalls, F5 & Citrix Load Balancers, DNS services, InfoBlox

Qualifications:
Minimum Certification Required: JNCIP (SP, ENT, M&T)
