Network Monitoring Analyst (ACI/F5 L1)-(Saudi National Only)

Join our team at Müller's Solutions as a Network Monitoring Analyst (ACI/F5 L1) dedicated to supporting our network infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. This position is exclusively for Saudi Nationals and focuses on Providing foundational (L1) support for the SEC Data Center and Cloud Networks, with a specific focus on Cisco ACI and F5 load balancing technologies. This role operates on an 8x5 schedule with on-call responsibilities, focusing on monitoring, initial fault management, incident registration, and escalation to senior support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the performance and health of the network utilizing Cisco ACI and F5 technologies, proactively identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
• Deliver first-level support for network-related incidents and service requests, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal impact on operations.
• Work in collaboration with engineering teams to facilitate the deployment and management of network configurations and policies.
• Regularly analyze network traffic and performance metrics to enhance system functionality.
• Record network operations, incidents, and resolutions for compliance purposes and future reference.
• Support network security by monitoring and addressing potential threats or vulnerabilities.
• Keep informed about best practices, trends, and technologies pertinent to application networking and monitoring.
• Actively monitor infrastructure alarms for ACI and F5 systems, performing initial fault management, which includes basic isolation, restoration, and notifications. Log issues identified through monitoring or reported by other teams.
• Engage in remediation activities according to established support guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Create, assign, and aid in the resolution of daily Level 1 incidents. Document known fault types in the knowledge base.
• Adhere to all essential operational processes, including fault/incident management, performance monitoring, and change control. Monitor network performance and assist in troubleshooting basic network issues.
• Collaborate closely with the monitoring tools team to optimize and contextualize infrastructure alarms. Communicate complex issues and escalate them to Level 2/3 engineers for resolution.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in network monitoring or support roles, preferably with Cisco ACI and F5 technologies.
• Ability to work 8x5 and provide on-call support. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures (SOPs). Good communication skills for escalating issues and collaborating with teams. Good documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of networking principles, TCP/IP, and application delivery functionality.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and services.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Must be a Saudi National.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with load balancers, firewalls, and application performance management tools.
• CCNA or similar networking certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in network monitoring.
