Notice period : 60 Days max (No Immediate joiners)/ GS is looking for the resource who is having experience in Network & Security mainly with Juniper. Communication should be excellent as GS HR will be taking a call before submitting the profiles to the managers.

Job Description:

This position requires the candidate to have 3+ years of experience in Network & Security Devices, Development and Implementation of security policies. Candidate should have a strong analytical ability in resolving networking problems and troubleshooting. The candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills; experience in provisioning, configuring and managing large IP based networks globally, including hands-on experience in security policies, and be comfortable working in a geographically diverse environment and should be flexible operating in shift model.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Policy Administration (Checkpoint/Juniper)

• ACL and Basic Routing Configuration.

• Raising change request & implementation of firewall changes as per user requirement / request.

Interaction with internal clients and engineering teams.

• Maintain lifecycle management for the security production environment, i.e., Installation, upgrades, modification or decommission. Produce production documentation/Run Books on new deployments and modification in existing Network.

• Produce method of procedures that demonstrate understanding of changes proposed and how the change will be executed with minimal service impact.

• Follow global change management procedures and best practices for implementation.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external technical, business, and support groups, including vendor/partner relationships.

• Document and maintain accuracy of standard operating procedures and best practices for areas of responsibility.

SKILL / EXPERIENCE

CCNA (Security) or any other basic security certification such as CCSA (Checkpoint Certified Security Administrator), Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate (JNCIA), Nokia Security certifications etc.
