We are looking for a New Business Executive to join a leading global insurance company.
We are partnering with a multinational organization seeking a commercially driven professional with a strong focus on business development, new client acquisition, and the creation of strategic partnerships within the corporate and insurance markets.
This position will play a key role in expanding the company's client portfolio and commercial partnerships by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating strategic agreements, and driving sustainable business growth. The role will work cross-functionally with multiple teams while representing the company at key industry events and networking opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across the corporate, insurance (insurance companies, brokers, agencies, and sales partners), and strategic B2B partner segments.
Negotiate and close commercial agreements with corporate clients and strategic partners.
Manage the sales pipeline, following up on proposals and business opportunities to ensure successful outcomes.
Monitor and analyze business performance indicators to identify growth opportunities.
Build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct client meetings and business visits, representing the company with key market stakeholders.
Participate in industry events and networking activities to enhance brand positioning and generate new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of business development experience within the insurance industry, either at an insurance company, international brokerage, or related organization.
Proven experience in B2B sales, market development, and strategic account management.
An established network of contacts within the insurance and corporate sectors.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
A results-oriented commercial profile with strong negotiation skills, autonomy, and the ability to build lasting business relationships.
Working Conditions
On-site position, Monday through Friday.
Working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (including a one-hour lunch break).
