About this role
Responsibilities
As a GTM Strategy Associate at Triumph, you'll work directly with the Head of Procurement and New Vertical Strategy on the categories we launch next. Every new vertical starts as an open question: what do we sell, where do we source it, how does it move, and what does it take to scale. You'll support the diligence that answers those questions and then own the execution that follows. These initiatives are core revenue drivers, not side projects, and you'll frequently have full ownership over a given workstream. This role is based in our Mountain View office, with regular travel to our San Francisco office alongside the team.
What You'll Do
Run diligence on new category opportunities, covering market structure, unit economics, the sourcing landscape, and the operational lift required to launch.
Build inventory and supply chain strategy, including vendor evaluation and fulfillment models for categories we've never handled before.
Build the financial and operational models that decide whether a category is worth entering and at what scale.
Own individual workstreams inside larger launches, carrying them from open question to shipped decision.
Evaluate partnership and co-branding opportunities, from first conversation through structured recommendation.
Work across inventory strategy, supply chain, logistics, scalability, product selection, co-branding, and partnerships as priorities shift.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years in management consulting, go-to-market, or corporate strategy, with a record of taking work to completion rather than handing off a deck.
Strong Excel. You build models other people can open and understand.
SQL proficiency. You pull and shape your own data instead of waiting on an analyst.
Familiarity with AI-based tooling and a habit of using it to move faster.
Comfort with ambiguity. Most of what you work on won't have an established process, and you'll be expected to build one.
Clear written communication. A recommendation that can't be read in five minutes won't get made.
Experience in collectibles, e-commerce, or physical goods is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related analytical field. Master's degree is a plus.
Why Triumph?
High ownership. You'll own workstreams outright and your work will be visible to department leadership from day one.
Real scope. New verticals are where the company is placing its growth bets, and you'll help shape which ones we take.
Competitive pay. $150,000 to $180,000 base plus equity.
