Our Apprentice Program offers hands-on experience, working alongside talented stylists to provide exceptional guest service while learning the technical and business skills needed to succeed behind the chair. Guided by our experienced educators, you’ll grow your confidence and expertise, preparing for a future as a stylist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist stylists with services, including shampooing, blow-drying, and station prep.

• Shadow and learn technical skills like foiling, glazing, and finishing techniques.

• Participate in training sessions to refine your skills and knowledge.

• Perform salon tasks, including maintaining a clean and organized environment.

• Engage with guests and learn consultation and customer service skills.

• Build knowledge in retail sales, prebooking, and salon software.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in a cosmetology program or licensed cosmetologist.

• Passion for the beauty industry and eagerness to learn.

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-player mindset.
