Up To Par Cleaning is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Night Cleaning Professional to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming workplaces.

Responsibilities:

This role will include someone who is willing an able to be a driver and trained to be a lead for our company.

• Clean and sanitize commercial offices and facilities
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and break-rooms
• Dust surfaces and maintain common areas
• Remove trash and recycling
• Restock paper products and other supplies
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety standards
• Report maintenance concerns or unusual conditions
• Work professionally and respectfully in customer facilities

Qualifications:

• Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written instructions and cleaning checklists
• Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
• Professional attitude and strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation and consistent evening availability
