The Night Concierge will focus on the day-to-day residents and guests of Park Modern delivering duties to an exceptional standard. The Night Concierge will be one of the first points of contact, greeting residents and their guests upon arrival, managing all telephone/intercom calls and emails to the concierge desk. You will direct, co-ordinate and plan essential central services such as guest arrivals, deliveries, post, valet collections, amenity bookings, housekeeping, security, waste disposal and recycling, to ensure integration is seamless and a consistent vision is delivered. You will assist with ad-hoc resident requests such as transportation bookings, restaurant bookings, spa treatment bookings, theatre bookings and dry-cleaning requests. You will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and their guests.
Alongside the Night Duty Manager, you will ensure the multiple service elements operate effectively to create a seamless one-team approach. You will focus on building owner loyalty through proactive communications, setting and managing expectations and delivering results. You will be an ambassador for the brand and the development.
The Candidate

- Take personal responsibility for understanding and following the company’s Health & Safety policies and practices, demonstrating personal engagement with safety, and proactively identifying risks and hazards and continuously improve safety
- Work very closely with the Night Duty Manager with the implementation of SOP manuals, policies, and procedures.
- Work closely with the Night Duty Manager, Doorman/Valet and Housekeeping daily, providing resilience and cover for each other.

- Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure.
- Being alert and aware, with security of the building being a constant consideration, and alerting the team of any suspicious activity.
Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience as a concierge within London super-prime, residential schemes.
- Must have excellent communication skills and customer service
- Must be service driven, understand the importance of going the ‘extra mile’.
- Experience serving
- Good knowledge of Central London and surrounding local
- High standard of written and spoken English, additional language skills beneficial.
- Must be assertive, show initiative and have a very keen eye for
- Ability to work independently as well as to build and develop positive working relationships with residents and the team.
- Wear correct uniform at all times and maintain impeccable standards of appearance, personal hygiene, behaviour and discipline.
- Clean UK driving licence held for no less than two years preferred, to assist with valet service if required.
