What you'll do…

• Lead and motivate the night team, conduct high-energy briefings, and ensure smooth overnight operations
• Train, coach, and support the Night Audit; assist and cover the Night Manager across all tasks
• Oversee Front Desk standards (LQA) and handle tricky guest situations with confidence
• Monitor Accor-specific systems (FastCom, Hotellink, ResaWeb) and manage all digital guest communication via E-mail, Duve, and OTA platforms
• Manage reservations, guest profiles, room inventory, and overbooking strategies in Opera Cloud
• Prepare and run End-of-Day (Night Audit) procedures, including Credit Limit and Rate checks
• Manage online payments from third-party platforms (Stripe, Adyen) and balance them accurately in Opera Cloud
• Handle open PMs, open folios, No-Show activities, and generate revenue and statistics reports
• Act as the person in charge of building security during the night – conduct regular rounds and lead emergency procedures if required
• Liaise with local authorities and emergency services when necessary and file detailed Incident Reports
• Manage inventory for the Hox Shop, prepare and deliver Breakfast Bags, and coordinate the morning Buffet Breakfast setup

Qualifications

What we're looking for…

• You're a pro at Opera Cloud and confident navigating modern payment and guest-messaging platforms like Adyen, Duve, and Revinate
• You have a proven track record of supervising teams in a fast-paced, high-volume lifestyle hotel environment
• You have a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude – handling a fire alarm and a VIP check-in at the same time? No problem
• You have an obsessive eye for detail when it comes to hotel aesthetics and the overall look & feel
• You're a natural communicator who keeps the team motivated and informed even in the middle of the night
• You're calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and always one step ahead
