We’re looking for energetic, passionate, and customer-focused Nike Athletes (Store Associates) to join our team!

As a Nike Athlete, your mission is to deliver a premium consumer experience by understanding each customer’s needs and connecting them with the right Nike products and services.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver an exceptional and personalized customer experience
• Assist customers in finding the right Nike products for their needs
• Support product placement, stock replenishment, and daily store operations
• Keep the sales floor and stock areas organized and ready for business
• Work collaboratively with the team in a fast-paced retail environment

What We’d Love to See:

• High School diploma/GED or currently pursuing one
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to complete multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical retail tasks, including bending, reaching, squatting, and climbing ladders
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset

Availability:

• Minimum 20 hours per week
• Availability during peak store hours
• Weekend availability, including at least 1 closing weekend shift
• At least 1 closing shift Monday–Thursday
• Availability during key retail periods, including Black Friday and the winter holiday season
