Job Description Support the Network/Solution Architects by monitoring, supporting, configuring, implementing, testing, and documenting network management solutions in line with the Network .

•Fault Alarm Management

•Issuance of trouble tickets and SMS notifications regarding service-affecting faults to concerned personnel.

•Make various reports based on network KPI.

•Route Cause Analysis of different incidents.

•Complete monitoring of all the routes and trunks on the same network and other operators, for an efficient management of the subscriber traffic.

•Follow up different types of work orders based on network modifications.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree of Software Engineering or Communication Engineer.

Experience:

1- 1 year experience in telecom industry.

2- Good experience with Monitoring tools (PRTG , Zabbix and EMCO).

3- Good experience with wireless links configuration and troubleshooting (Mikrotik , Airfiber and Mimosa).

4- Good knowldge with Netowrk routing protocols (OSPF , BGP , IS-IS , Static).

5- Good knowldge with Netowrk trouble shooting.

6- Good communication skills with the customers and Teams.

The jobs in this level are responsible for handling day to day sales Operation activities in an efficient and timely manner whilst achieving high level of customer satisfaction. The jobs are also responsible for having direct interaction with current business customers making enquiries or seeking information on products and/or services.
