Responsibilities

Interns may assist with a variety of projects, including:

• Supporting HFF community programs and events

• Assisting with outreach to families, volunteers, and community partners

• Helping coordinate children’s activities and family programs

• Assisting with social media, newsletters, and communications

• Helping with event planning

• Data entry and maintaining program records or contact databases

• Assisting with general office duties such as organizing materials, filing, preparing mailings, and administrative support

• Supporting the HFF team with day-to-day nonprofit operations



Qualifications

• Passion for serving families and strengthening communities

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and ability to complete administrative tasks accurately

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Interest in nonprofit work, education, social services, or community leadership

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

• Comfortable working with children and families
