Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the frontline representative of Mercedes-Benz, delivering outstanding service via phone, email, and chat
• Address customer inquiries and provide knowledgeable assistance on products, services, and vehicle-related questions
• Handle concerns and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• Ensure a smooth and satisfying customer journey from start to finish
• Create positive experiences that turn customers into brand advocates

Who We're Looking For:

• Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish (native level)
• Advanced level of English (B2–C1 or higher)
• Prior experience in customer support or a related field (6+ months preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong sense of responsibility
• Tech-savviness and eagerness to learn
• A passion for cars and the Mercedes-Benz brand is a definite plus!
