NPD/NPI Project Manager, Industrial Pumps

Who you are:

• With more NPD/NPI activities in Kunshan, we need a professional Project Manager to drive new product development and implementation projects in Kunshan. Main purpose is to ensure successful development and implementation of Industrial Pump project.
• The five other project managers in my team are all based in Kolding, as am I. The other project managers in the team are NPD Project Managers. Adding NPI will be a new capability in the team. I need someone who is experienced in this area, who I can trust to take the lead.

About the job:

• Lead Industrial Pump Project
• Lead Other NPD Projects e.g. DV-ST and projects with LYSF (supplier)
• Lead International Project Team, including Pump Engineer based in Kolding, Denmark.
• Create Project Plans for all project activities, and drive progress
• Ensure all implementation tasks, both in systems, supply chain and production are planned and timely conducted.
• Collaborate close with Manufacturing Center on readiness and implementation.
• Manage project on time, on specification and on budget.
  Has the authority to make decisions and manage the allocated resources, within given frame and budget
• Stakeholder management and communication.
• Report on the steering committee, plan and lead steering committee meetings.

What you know:

Education:

• Relevant Degree e.g. Engineering. Preferred a certification in Prince2, PMI or alike. Alfa Laval PROMAL training will be relevant part of onboarding.

Skills:

• Proven project management skills from relevant industry. Proven leadership skills. NPI experience is more important than NPD
• Working experience: 4-5 years of relevant working experience.
