Job Descriptions:

  • Install, configure, and test systems or software in line with project requirements and technical specifications.
  • Provide technical support during implementation, maintenance, and post-deployment phases, ensuring smooth system integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, both remotely and on-site, serving as a key point of contact for escalated technical problems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and ensure timely resolution aligned with client expectations.
  • Guide clients through troubleshooting steps, and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions to end-users and IT teams.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including installation manuals, troubleshooting guides, incident reports, and knowledge base articles.
  • Prepare regular progress and incident reports for stakeholders.
  • Obtain and maintain relevant technical certifications for distributed products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in OT/ICS environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ICS/SCADA protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC, Profibus, etc.).
  • Experience with industrial control systems (PLC, RTU, HMI, DCS).
  • Familiarity with security technologies: firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, network monitoring tools.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Wireshark, Nessus, Metasploit, etc.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001).
  • Have an experience for OT/Automation products such as Yokogawa, Schneider, Honeywell etc
