Nurse Medical Check Up

•Provide thorough and comprehensive nursing care to Medical Check Up participants in accordance with hospital service standards, applicable laws and regulations

•Ensuring the safety and comfort of the room as well as the completeness and appropriateness of the equipment/medicine/alkes needed to ensure the smooth running of services and make it easier for patients/families to receive services

•Carry out nursing actions according to the needs of MCU participants based on nursing practice standards

•Prepare participants before the procedure by the doctor to prepare participants both physically and psychologically and to provide a sense of security and comfort for participants and the participant's family

•Carry out complete documentation in participant files before, during and after the procedure to be used as a reference for medical history and reference for subsequent visits

•Facilitate the needs of MCU participants and carry out observations before, during and after procedures by doctors to ensure patient comfort and safety

•Prepare participants who have completed actions related to administrative needs, including further care instructions, sick certificates, referral letters, and required prescriptions, to ensure the discharge process runs smoothly

•Provide education and consultation to MCU participants as needed to provide motivation for healthy living behavior and information on further services if necessary

•Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities as accountability to superiors

•Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
