Job Summary:

CommunityCare Hazleton, in Hazle Township, PA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team.

Job Duties:

CommunityCare, a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike affiliated with Geisinger and qualifies for the National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program and the Pennsylvania Loan Repayment Program. CommunityCare Hazleton is located in Hazle Township, approximately 2 hours northwest of Philadelphia.
