Hospital Based Employed Opportunity for an experienced nurse practitioner to join the pain management team ata multi-specialty hospital based orthopedic practice
The Nurse Practitioner in Pain Management will be responsible for performing assessments and physical examinations of patients scheduled for pain management visits.
Will be responsible for medication management of patients who have been prescribed medications as part of their treatment plans
Will work with physicians to ensure the provision of the safest and highest quality care
Additional collaboration with nurse practitioners, administrative staff as well other members of the interdisciplinary team in order to enhance the patients’ plan of care.
Experience in Pain, Rheum, Ortho, or Neuro required
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent communication skills; written and oral. Attention to detail, ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to work independently or in team environment
