Longstanding Hospitalist group is seeking a full-time NP or PA for their rapidly growing Hospitalist Division, which currently includes 30 physicians and six Advanced Practice Providers.
Providers should be experienced in medical adult inpatient care and have confidence, compassion, and be able to work independently and collaboratively with members of the health care team
We are looking for a provider for the day shift and a provider for the night shift
Day position is M-F, hours vary weekly, with one weekend required and every fourth week off.
Night position is seven days on/seven days off; 12 hour shifts
Responsibilities include managing the inflow of admissions and transfers into our group which includes seeing new admissions and developing care plans; daily rounding and management of established patients during entire stay and assessing patients with change in clinical status
