💼 What You'll Do
As the primary connection between our customers and service team, you'll help ensure every customer receives outstanding care from check-in to vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Schedule and prepare for service appointments
- Perform vehicle walk-arounds and document customer concerns
- Create accurate repair orders and provide cost and time estimates
- Communicate customer concerns clearly with technicians
- Coordinate with service and parts teams to keep repairs moving efficiently
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Deliver completed vehicles and explain services performed
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Recommend necessary maintenance and repair services using a consultative approach
- Meet performance goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of maintenance schedules, warranties, and service products
✅ What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of Service Advisor experience required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Automotive service experience strongly preferred
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented attitude with a positive, professional demeanor
- Valid Illinois Driver's License with a clean driving record
