🔧 What You'll Do
As a member of our service team, you will:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to manufacturer standards
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle concerns
- Perform repairs efficiently and accurately while maintaining exceptional quality
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair status and recommendations
- Complete detailed repair documentation
- Road test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay current on manufacturer training, certifications, and technical bulletins
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement

- Automotive certification, manufacturer training, or equivalent experience preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a service shop environment
