🔧 What You'll Do

As a member of our service team, you will:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to manufacturer standards
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle concerns
  • Perform repairs efficiently and accurately while maintaining exceptional quality
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair status and recommendations
  • Complete detailed repair documentation
  • Road test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay current on manufacturer training, certifications, and technical bulletins
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement

  • Automotive certification, manufacturer training, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Valid Illinois driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a service shop environment
