Occupational Therapist – Equipment & Adaptations

Liquid Personnel are recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join its client for the Equipment and Adaptations Team in Sheffield.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Complete OT assessments for equipment and adaptations.
• Assess functional needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support service users to maximise independence and safety.
• Complete risk and moving & handling assessments where required.
• Work with health and social care professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Experience in equipment, adaptations or community OT is desirable.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
