We are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, with a multi-disciplinary team approach, tailored to the needs and goals of our participants and their family.

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with to lead our Penrith team of clinicians across Western Sydney.

In this role you will:

• Build a collaborative, supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomes
• Support graduate and early career Occupational Therapist through clinical supervision, mentoring and professional development
• Provide leadership across scheduling, referral allocation and workflow optimisation
• Manage your own caseload and deliver timely, high-quality therapeutic services

Qualifications

To be successful you will have:

• Current Certified Practising Membership with AHPRA
• Leadership capability with experience guiding and supervising clinicians
• Strong organisational skills to balance leadership duties with a varied caseload
• Proactive approach with a focus on improvement and trying new ideas
• Experience delivering high-quality services within the disability sector
