This is a stable, long-term position with a high degree of independence. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and coordinating with management and external partners when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administrative and operational matters of the Singapore office
- Handle office documentation, records, licenses, and other general administrative tasks
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax advisers, government authorities, and external service providers when required
- Support basic accounting and financial administration, including expense settlement, documentation, and reporting
- Prepare and maintain relevant company and operational documents
- Coordinate with regional management and the Korea headquarters on administrative and operational matters
- Ensure the office is well-organized, compliant, and running smoothly
- Handle other administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements
- High School Diploma or above
- Practical experience in office administration, operations, accounting support, or a related field
- Comfortable handling a broad range of administrative and operational responsibilities independently
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and reliability
- Able to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Business-level English proficiency
- Experience working in a Korean or multinational company is preferred
- Familiarity with Singapore corporate administration, accounting, audit, tax, or compliance is a plus
- Must be a Singapore Citizen/PR or otherwise have valid authorization to work in Singapore. The company is unable to sponsor an Employment Pass.
