What You’ll Do

Essential Functions: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)

  • ​​Manage all office maintenance and vendors.
  • Manage all office supplies and restock of breakrooms.
  • Coordinate all office visits from Client and Vendor meetings to conference room management.
  • Support employee company travel needs, as required.
  • Answer company information communications and directs emails accordingly.
  • Perform general office duties and clerical support.
  • Distribute mail daily.
  • Support the Employee Engagement Committee with coordinating and executing company events.
  • Support the annual API Client Event through vendor management, logistics, communications, and content, as needed.
  • Provide backup support to the Executive Admin to the CEO.
  • Special projects, as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

​​Minimum Qualifications

  • ​​1-2 years supporting an office environment.
  • Knowledge of administrative management and office procedures and systems.
  • Prior experience supporting senior management in an administrative function.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with great organizational skills.
  • Active listening and critical thinking skills. Problem solver and resourcefulness.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Service oriented and social perceptiveness.
  • Highly ethical, accountable, and always operates with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work well under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer and technical skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
  • An organized self-starter who can work proactively and independently.


Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

​​9-5 Monday through Friday onsite with OT as required

Compensation

The position pays $25/hour USD.


Other Duties

Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time according to business needs.

The performance of additional responsibilities if you are designated as a Data Protection Champion (DPC), Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) or Information Assurance Accounting Officer (IAAO).
