This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday in Calgary, AB.
Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key Results
- Provide high-quality, consistent support for senior executives, consulting teams, and client service efforts.
- Oversee office operations and daily administrative priorities, including but not limited to facilities coordination, maintenance scheduling and repairs, vendor management, supply ordering including kitchen and administrative supplies, mail and shipping, deliveries and front-desk support.
- Serve as the on-site contact for Property Management, assisting with Property Management notice distribution and other support.
- Serve as on-site fire warden with associated responsibilities.
- Partner with the leadership team to improve internal processes and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Support Principal In Charge (PIC) on all related duties and responsibilities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of administrative or office management experience,
- Strong knowledge of administrative and office practices, ideally within a professional services or real estate-related environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and document formatting/editing tools
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as invoicing, contract management, calendar coordination, and data entry
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments

Calgary AB Salary: $60,000 to $78,000. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation.
