Office Assistant

Quality Tank Solutions (QTS) is seeking an experienced, full-time Office Assistant to join our team in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. The Office Assistant will provide support to the sales team. Qualitied candidates will possess a strong work ethic, demonstrate attention to detail, a willingness to perform at high standards, have positive attitude and are focused.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate staff
• Data entry
• Scanning/filing documents
• Welcome visitors, vendors and guests

Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of various computer software programs (i.e. Microsoft, Office Word, and Excel)
• Self-starter, results orientated
• Strong organizational skills
• Fast learner
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a constantly changing environment
• Be a team player
• Positive attitude!

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of various computer software programs. (i.e. Microsoft, Office Word, and Excel)
