Office Assistant (ITC) | NAFSA

This position is being recruited by Pakistan Single Window (PSW) on behalf of the National Agri-Trade and Food Safety Authority (NAFSA). NAFSA is being established as a strategic national initiative to strengthen Pakistan’s agri-trade ecosystem through enhanced regulatory oversight, facilitation, and modernization of food safety and trade processes. The selected candidate will be part of NAFSA’s foundational team, contributing to the development of systems, processes, and institutional capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support to ITC division/field offices including e-filing, record-keeping, and correspondence tracking.
• Maintain inspection registers, sampling logs, and documentation archives under supervision.
• Support logistical arrangements for meetings, training sessions, and station operations
• Assist in data entry, scanning, printing, and document dispatch as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of operational documents and compliance records.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting officer in support of NAFSA’s mandate.
  

Requirements

Education:

• Intermediate (twelve years) or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant office support experience.
• Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and service orientation
