Job Description:
Direct mail forms, inserts and more keep the press schedule full and provide opportunities for overtime. The Sanden press is in excellent condition and prints beautifully with new register and viewing systems. The press operator’s responsibility includes operating the printing press from splicer to re-winder, setting, adjusting and replacing rollers, setting ink, pinholes and perfs, register and water, performing basic maintenance and upkeep. The press operator will have a dedicated press helper. Production performance is reviewed regularly by management and is the basis for pay scales, interim bonuses, and overall success in the company.
