OFSAA ALM Functional Consultant

Job Description:

Unison Group is looking for an experienced OFSAA ALM Functional Consultant to support the implementation and enhancement of Asset Liability Management solutions using Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA). The consultant will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure that ALM requirements are effectively captured, configured, and delivered to meet regulatory and risk management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in functional design and configuration of OFSAA ALM modules, focusing on interest rate risk in the banking book (IRRBB) and liquidity risk management.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from treasury, risk, and finance stakeholders.
• Develop functional specifications and translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Define ALM assumptions, product hierarchies, repricing, and behavioral modeling parameters.
• Manage test planning, execution, and validation including functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support data validation, reconciliation between source systems and OFSAA ALM outputs.
• Assist in regulatory reporting and compliance related to liquidity and interest rate risk frameworks.
• Provide user support and training on OFSAA ALM functionalities.
• Collaborate with technical teams during system upgrades, patching, and issue resolution.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in functional consulting with OFSAA ALM module.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams.
• Prior experience in testing, data validation, and reconciliation related to ALM is preferred.
