● Work with regional and operations teams to support expansion and scaling initiatives.
● Handle onboarding-related escalations and ensure timely resolution.
● Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Reporting & Analytics
● Track and report onboarding performance metrics and trends.
● Analyze funnel performance and identify areas for improvement.
● Maintain dashboards for operational visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, HR, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, onboarding, customer experience, or team management.
- Preferred background in operations, marketplace platforms, logistics, startup operations, or other fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience managing or leading teams in an operational setting.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
