Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Oncology Brand Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being,ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owns the development and execution of short- and long-term brand /portfolio strategies and marketing plans.

  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable marketing plans and campaigns.

  • Deep understanding of disease area patient journey ,creating needed interventions to enhance patients' outcomes.

  • Build strong customer relationship to gather insights , address concerns and support product adoption.

  • Track brand performance (sales, market share, ROI) and identify key opportunities and gaps to be addressed.

  • Collaborate with all cross functional stakeholders to achieve shares goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Veterinary medicine.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Brand Manager.
  • Oncology, Hematology, and Specialty experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, Creativity skills, problem-solving skills. and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-motivated professional with passion for healthcare and drive to improve patient care in a competitive environment.
