Online Teacher, US Diploma Project Management

Join our global team as an Online US Diploma Project Management Teacher and work with motivated students from around the world in live, personalized online lessons. You’ll support students in developing practical project management knowledge, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality live US Diploma Project Management lessons tailored to individual student needs.

• Teach key project management concepts, including project planning, goal setting, scope, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, risk management, stakeholder communication and project evaluation.

• Guide students through practical projects, helping them apply project management principles to real-world scenarios.

• Develop students’ skills in teamwork, leadership, communication, decision-making, time management and problem-solving.

• Use a range of teaching strategies and digital tools to create an interactive and supportive online learning environment.

• Assess student progress, provide targeted feedback, and adapt teaching approaches to support strong academic outcomes.

• Plan and communicate clear course schedules, including lesson content, project milestones and assessment timelines.

• Set meaningful homework, project-based activities and appropriate assessments.

• Develop high-quality educational materials and contribute to CGA’s learning resources.

• Maintain a professional and well-organized online classroom and learning environment.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience in a school setting (please note that, while valuable, tutoring experience cannot be counted towards this requirement).

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Project Management, Education or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of project management principles, processes and methodologies.

• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents and the CGA team.

• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for innovative, technology-enabled education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience teaching Project Management, Business, Management or a related subject at secondary/high school level.

• Experience teaching an international or US Diploma curriculum.

• Experience delivering project-based learning and supporting students through practical projects.

• Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies and frameworks.

• A recognized teaching qualification, such as a postgraduate certificate in education, teaching degree or teaching license.

• Previous online teaching experience.
