We have immediate openings for “Service Engineer/ Technical Assistant” for our reputed client located in Bangalore.

About Position

Position: Service Engineer/ Technical Assistant

Experience: 1-4 yrs

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Diploma/ ITI (ECE/EEE)

Skills & Competencies

1. Strong knowledge on diagnosing / troubleshooting the fault in the electronic circuitry/ fault analysis based on schematics/circuit diagrams/service manuals
2. Knowledge of testing/operations of test & measuring instruments indicated above
3. Good communication skill/ Experience with usage of computers, e-mail and MS Office programs/CRM etc...

Job Description

1. Servicing /troubleshooting of Test & Measuring Instruments like Oscilloscopes (Analog/Digital), DC Power Supplies, Electronic Loads Function Generators, Spectrum Analyzer, High Voltage Tester/Electrical Safety Testers, Digital Multimeters, LCR Meters, and other related test & measuring instruments – component level as well as board level
2. Pre-despatch testing of all above mentioned test equipments/instruments.
3. Co-ordination/interaction/follow upswith customers on service /support matters
4. Co-ordination with in-house operation/sales /support team on equipments/instruments handling/dispatching/demonstration etc..
5. Interaction/co-ordination with group technical support teams/maintaining service records/periodic service reports
6. Interaction with manufacturer/product engineers on service support issues
