• At least 11 years in Clear understanding of RPA concepts.

• Good hands on knowledge in OpenSpan implementation.

• Should have worked in architect position and have experience in handling implementations.

• Knowledge of design patterns and architecture, RPA best practices.

• Should be able to design cost efficient, easy build and maintain solutions.

• Should be aware of market and technology trends.

• Should be able to lead a team of developers and leads.

• Working knowledge of other RPA technologies such as Blueprism, UIPath is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Relevant experience in client management.

• Should be able to define vision/road map..

• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 11 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
