Atividades:
Auxiliar nas atividades operacionaisde Redução, Mistura, MetalTabletse HMTsempre quesolicitado;
Movimentar,organizare separarmateriaise insumosem processo e/ou acabados com auxílio de empilhadeira;
Abastecimento dosilodo Forno de Reduçãocom auxílio de empilhadeira e/ou ponte rolante;
Realizar atividades de sacarias, troca de Big Bags, separação e identificação de materiais;
Realizarpesagem,preparar de misturas, operar prensa, embalar e identificar materiais na RMT;
Realizar moagem, britagem, peneiramento, mistura, embalagem e identificação dos materiais na HMT;
Realizar movimentação e empilhamento de bags, pallets, ferramentas, equipamentos, refratários e outros insumos/materiais, através do uso de empilhadeira e/ou ponte-rolante, internamente e/ou em depósitos, armazéns e pátios;
Contribuir na realização deinventárioperiódico;
Contribuir com o 5Se TPMdas áreas Redução, Mistura, Metal Tablets e HMT;
Participar dos DDSe reuniões de pulsocom a finalidade de orientação e comunicação;
Participar das reuniões de melhorias com foco em otimização de processo;
Manter registros emcheck-lists, seja relacionado a produção ou a equipamentos deauxílio(empilhadeira, ponterolante etc.), conforme procedimentosde Segurança do Trabalho, Meio Ambiente eSistema de Gestão da Qualidade;
Utilização dos sistemas: M3 (ERP), MS (Documentos);Kanborad(Ordens de Produção); AMS (Melhorias); Sistema eletrônico deCheck-liste Sistema de Análise de Laboratório.
Substituir o Operador de RMT IIde forma parcialquando necessário;
Requisitos:
- Empilhadeira;
- Ponte Rolante;
- NR 35 (Altura);
- Informática (Excel e Outlook);
