The ID GrabKios Operation team is part of GrabKios, established initially as Kudo, and is responsible for process transformation activities & technical assistance at GrabKios. Kios plays an important role within the Grab Indonesia ecosystem, in Digital Goods, supporting multiple vertical activities and directly engaging consumers. We are made up of enthusiastic individuals with a desire for progress and development.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Operation Excellence Assistant Manager to lead operation process transformation and assist the partner on the technical side. This role is important to our success, as we are looking for you to manage these responsibilities. You will be reporting to Manager, Digital & Sustainability Operations and based onsite in Grab Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Lead and execute operational transformation initiatives to enable greater automation.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions.
• Collaborate with partners to understand their integration needs and provide technical guidance throughout the integration process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to partner integrations in a timely manner.
• Work closely with internal teams, including Engineering, Product, and Customer Support, to align objectives and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain documentation covering integration processes, technical specifications, and support procedures.
• Monitor the impact of improvement initiatives on operational efficiency and reliability, including post-integration performance.
• Guide and maintain integration solutions using APIs, SDKs, and other relevant technologies.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role and experience in a SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of APIs, integration, data exchange formats (e.g., JSON, XML), and web services.
• Experience managing good relationships and communication with team members and stakeholders who work closely with the team.
• Experienced in managing several projects and programs with smooth prioritization, ensuring successful delivery.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
