Operational Technology Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for OT systems in lab and production
• Support laboratory instruments and manufacturing equipment
• Ensure system availability, reliability, and compliance (GxP)
• Perform:
• Incident resolution
• Root cause analysis (RCA)
• Change implementation (change control process)
• Manage hardware/software lifecycle of OT assets
• Coordinate procurement of OT-related equipment
• Act as interface between:
• Local lab/production users
• Global IT teams
• Vendors / equipment suppliers
• Support validation and compliance activities (where required)
• Maintain documentation aligned with regulated standards

Requirements

• OT / industrial IT experience (lab systems, manufacturing systems)
• Understanding of GxP compliance
• Experience with validation / regulated environments
• Strong troubleshooting and vendor coordination
• Knowledge of integrated IT/OT systems
• IT support / Service Desk / Field Support experience
• Flexible and team oriented person
• Experienced working in multinational teams
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
• Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
