As an Operations Administrator, you will keep daily operations running smoothly—managing inventory, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, supporting occasional office events, and keeping office activities running efficiently. If you are a collaborative team player, an adaptable problem-solver, and a strong communicator who puts customers first, this is the opportunity for you. This position is based at the Western Regional Headquarters in Torrance, California.  The base salary range for this position is $22.93/hour to $25.96/hour and depends on related experience. Anton Paar USA offers full benefits and a profit sharing contribution to your 401k retirement savings. We offer a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years plus additional bonus opportunities.

• Receive, record, stock, and route incoming materials using SAP.
• Prepare and pack customer orders, returns, sales shipments, and trade show materials.
• Manage incoming calls and greet and direct visitors.
• Coordinate office events and provide general administrative support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• General understanding of warehouse procedures and office administration
• Customer-focused approach with a sense of urgency in resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
• Basic computer skills
