About this role

DNV's Life Science Healthcare Division seeks to fill theOperations Analyst position.

Life Science Healthcare Audits in DNV consist of assurance services based on recognized standards (e.g. CMS CoPs, ISO, DIAS, country, state, and regional regulations, and others) aimed at assessing the compliance of healthcare facilities to applicable statutory requirements.

These services might include defining client-specific needs and criteria for audit preparation and support; second-party activities; and internal compliance development and support.

We are now seeking an Operations Analyst Mexico to support North America and international clients. Working with us, you will have the opportunity to interact with a large number of professionals spread throughout the Americas region and worldwide.

The preferred location for this position is DNV’s Mexico City, Mexico office, with a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days remote.

What You'll Do

Specific KPIs related to the tasks and responsibilities of the Healthcare Operations Analyst will be customer satisfaction
Schedule activities with audited company and with auditors making sure systems are updated (DNV and external system)
Manage audit platforms for the region
Facilitate the necessary interactions with the other company functions and services
Ensure the delivery of audits with high quality and standards
Regular updating and control of datasets with information submitted from internal and external parties
Communication with clients and auditing companies
Collection and review of client information
Monitoring of performance indicators and customer requirements
Other duties as required by management

Qualifications

What Is Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field preferred
Must be computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Good ability to handle project deadlines and KPIs
Result-oriented and with a high focus on delivery
Ability to simplify and get things done
Flexible and service oriented
Ability to drive and support change initiatives
Relationship-building focus (internally and externally)
Ability to interact and cooperate with other cultures
Have a sense of urgency and a “can do” attitude
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
