Operations Analyst

Overview

• Reconcile C-Net sales data, Z-Reports, and warehouse transactions to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of sales records.

• Process and validate customer invoices in SYSPRO, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and posting to the general ledger.

• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports and process Refunds if there is any for tax compliance and regulatory reporting.

• Manage month-end closing activities, including preparation of Sales Reports, Carton-to-Ton Analysis, and Detailed Sales Reports, while identifying undelivered invoices and obtaining necessary approvals.

• Process and account for landed costs related to imported raw materials and spare parts to ensure accurate inventory valuation.

• Prepare annual sales summaries, cash register reconciliations, and supporting documentation for statutory audits and tax reviews.

• Develop and analyze monthly inventory ratio reports to support inventory control and business performance monitoring.

• Follow up on invoicing and journal entries related to customer giveaways, staff consumption products, and scrap sales, ensuring proper accounting treatment.

• Process and close manufacturing jobs, ensuring accurate cost allocation and reporting

• Coordinate and monitor product disposal activities with relevant regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

• Support warehouse operations during monthly stock counts, statutory audits, and internal control reviews to strengthen inventory accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• This role will be responsible for Operations Analyst PepsiCo business, Reporting into Finance Operation Manager. Main responsibilities are ensuring timely recording finance operations related transactions, constant engagement with Sales, Supply Chain -Warehouse Team for smooth and timely execution Month End Report.

Qualifications

• B. Degree in Business Management / Finance
• 2-3 years plus experience in AP, AR & General Accounts.
