Operations Assistant

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our dynamic and growing team. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting management. You will be essential in the operations of our business, the customer experience, serving as a liaison to different departments, and ultimately contributing to our overall success.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and processing sales contracts.
• Tracking budgets, purchases and invoices.
• Responding to complex and sensitive issues.
• Producing and distributing correspondences.
• Updating information in databases and spreadsheets.
• Assist with data entry, record keeping and file management.
• Provide back up support across departments.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Understanding of clerical procedures such as recordkeeping/filing.
• Strong organizational and time – management skills.
• Ability to multi-tasking and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail with accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborative attitude.
• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
