This is an office-based role with flexible hours and offers a salary of up to €35K plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
Manage orders from start to finish, ensuring they are processed accurately and on time
Answer customer questions and provide support
Create and track loadings and invoices, and ensure they are properly documented
Prepare customs documents for international shipments
Handle customer complaints — analyse, review, and follow up
Manage overdue payments
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Education, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
2+ years of professional experience, ideally in the chemical sector
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Fluency in German, both written and spoken (strong preference)
Excellent negotiation skills and a proven ability to manage international customer relationships
Basic knowledge of import/export and customs procedures
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Proficiency with MS 365 applications
