Our client, a fast-growing AI education fintech enterprise B2B startup, is hiring a Chief of Staff to be the CEO's right hand during their most critical scaling phase. You'll be the glue that keeps a fast-moving team aligned and executing flawlessly as the company builds the future of lending.
What You'll Do
- Manage CEO priorities and special projects, ensuring critical initiatives stay on track.
- Partner directly with the CEO on internal and external meetings and initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and communication, breaking down silos between teams.
- Lead internal projects that drive operational excellence — from implementing new systems to streamlining workflows.

Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in management consulting (MBB), product management, software engineering, or as a startup founder
- One of the following backgrounds:
- MBB consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG — Tier 1 cities only)
- PM or SWE at a high-growth tech company
- Startup founder
- Has built something — product, company, or function — from scratch
- Worked closely with C-suite or founder on strategic initiatives
- Proven ability to structure complex operational challenges and build scalable processes
- Strong analytical skills spanning quantitative and qualitative strategic thinking
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to coordinate across all levels of the organization
- Thrives in direct, debate-style communication with intense feedback
Preferred:
- MBA from a top-tier program (Ivy+)
- Technical literacy — understands code structure and product development
- Slide-making and board deck creation skills
- Strong quantitative analysis and strategic problem structuring
