Do you speak multiple languages, have a knack for logistics, and always keep track of everything? Join FELFEL’s dispatcher team as an Operations Coordinator (hourly contract, 50-60%) in either Zurich Wiedikon or Lausanne Flon and help us elevate our operational excellence!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure high-quality service and a smooth operational experience by consistently monitoring our service standards to keep customer satisfaction as a top priority.
Communicate effectively with our third-party logistics partners and multilingual drivers across various channels, acting quickly while maintaining a clear overview.
Act as a key point of contact for operational supply chain processes, driving efficient organization, oversight, and proactive issue resolution.
Coordinate closely with our customer service and hardware teams to resolve any challenges quickly and efficiently.

WHAT TO EXPECT

YOUR PROFILE

Practical experience in an operational, logistics, or coordination role is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to engage effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders as a dedicated team player.
Exceptional eye for detail combined with a natural talent for multitasking and seamless organization.
Solution-oriented mindset and high motivation, maintaining focus and drive even when navigating complex challenges.
Fluency in English is required. For the Zurich office, fluency in German is essential, while for the Lausanne office, fluency in French is necessary (speaking all three is a fantastic bonus!).
Non-smoker - we don't want you to smell like cigarettes, neither at work nor at customer meetings. After all, FELFEL is about good food.
Valid work permit or Swiss passport.
