At Yellowstone Environmental Solutions we’re looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to help keep our Shaftesbury site running smoothly.
From coordinating waste movements to supporting customers and managing transport compliance, you’ll be at the heart of our day to day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound waste bookings, including schedules, quotations and relevant waste documentation
• Manage customer, supplier and internal enquiries, providing day to day operational support
• Maintain accurate records, databases, traffic schedules and authorised purchase orders
• Support daily load planning, waste collections, stock management and processing requirements
• Monitor driver and transport compliance, including working time, Digital Tacho Card downloads and infringement reporting
• Coordinate vehicle defect reporting, maintenance and inspections to ensure the fleet remains compliant and operational

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

• A confident, friendly telephone manner and strong customer service skills
• Clear communication with drivers, yard teams and colleagues
• Good literacy and numeracy for handling paperwork
• A willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Competence in Word and Excel
