المهام والمسؤوليات:
• تنسيق وتنظيم العمليات اليومية لضمان سير العمل بكفاءة.
• متابعة تنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات التشغيلية.
• تنسيق أعمال موظفي الفروع وقسم العمليات لضمان تحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية بكفاءة.
• التواصل مع الفروع لضمان تلبية احتياجات التشغيل.
• المساهمة في تحسين العمليات التشغيلية وزيادة الكفاءة.
• إعداد التقارير التشغيلية ورفعها للإدارة.
• التعاون مع مختلف الأقسام لضمان تحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية
Qualifications
المتطلبات:
• خبرة سابقة 1-2 سنوات في مجال تنسيق العمليات.
• مهارات تواصل وتنظيم قوية.
• إجادة اللغة الانجليزية
• إجادة استخدام برامج الأوفيس والتقنيات ذات الصلة.
