Job Summary

The Operations Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support for training, employee engagement activities, and operational initiatives. The role is responsible for maintaining records, scheduling activities, tracking tasks, and supporting day-to-day operations

Responsibilities: 

• Update and maintain trackers, records and documentation.
• Support training and meeting coordination.
• Expenses and Cost recoveries tracking, including raising Purchase Order
• Manage attendance records and scheduling activities.
• Prepare simple reports and presentation materials.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders on administrative matters.
• Provide general administrative support to the COE team.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level, GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with administrative experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Able to maintain records, update trackers and prepare simple reports.
• Able to coordinate meetings, training schedules and follow up on action items.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
