Operations Intern

About the Role

Grubtech is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our Operations team. This opportunity is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to kick-start their careers and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced technology environment. The successful candidate will support day-to-day operational activities while developing valuable business and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Operations team with daily operational and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing reports and updating operational data.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of operational requests.
• Monitor assigned tasks and follow up on action items.
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
  
  

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally.
